Refund policy

We're happy to offer a 14-day return window, giving you plenty of time to decide if the item is right for you. If you need to return your purchase, just let us know within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • For the return to be accepted, the item should be in its original, unworn condition with tags still attached and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy, as we'll need it to process your return.
  • If you decide to return an item that isn't faulty, the shipping cost will be on you. We recommend using a safe shipping method like certified mail or a courier, so your package gets to us safely. Make sure you receive the item before asking for a refund to avoid any confusion.
  • Our goal is to make this process easy, but please note that we might not be able to accept returns beyond the 14-day period or if the items aren't in their original condition.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return. If the return is approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@veeljewelry.com.

Warranty

All items purchased on www.veeljewelry.com have a 2-year warranty from the date of reception. Within this time frame any reparation or replacement of defects or damages due to the production of the product or materials used will be covered by Veel Jewelry.

After the 2 year period, all repairs and maintenance will no longer be covered by the warranty.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
